The brothers Juan Mari and Asier Landa Muguruza are expert hunters and foragers, and you may have enjoyed their efforts in the numerous asadors they sell ingredients to in the Basque region. The fish and seafood are of unbeatable quality; the most outstanding are the turbot or the sea bass prepared on the grill. The mushrooms with foie gras and poached egg or the pigeon stewed in the traditional style are also highly recommended. The local tradition is to prepare desserts made with chocolate, and we suggest leaving room for dessert.
