Opened in 1994, the dapper Ricardo Gadea's restaurant is as much a temple dedicated to the best products in Spain as a restaurant. Here, the delicacies that can be found on the Iberian Peninsula, especially beef from Galicia, are treated impeccably and are always perfectly cooked. From the restaurant's décor — Gadea is a great fan of modern art and photography — to the marvelous cellar that contains true collector's items, everything has his stamp of approval. Askua is more than a restaurant, it is a testament to its owner's good taste.
