Bibendum Oyster Bar

Michelin House in Chelsea is an iconic setting for Bibendum Oyster Bar, Claude Bosi’s French-accented shellfish bar. The antique tiles, rattan chairs and florist’s shop out front give it oodles of curb appeal. It’s first come, first served for prime seats on the semi-open patio or at the oyster bar for a few oysters – maybe Jersey, Maldon, or prestigious Gillardeau – and a glass of champagne. Fish soup, moules marinières and brill with sauce hollandaise is French seafood cookery comme il faut.
