Bistronomika Restaurante

After years of working in some of Madrid’s most classic locations, Carlos del Portillo opened this restaurant devoted to seafood in 2016, before moving it to handsome quarters on the Calle Ibiza in 2019. The daily menu offers around a dozen small plates, like octopus with aji amarillo and a Galician garlic sauce or a garbanzo bean stew with either monkfish or langoustines. There are a handful of meat dishes for non-fish eaters, including a rib of Galician beef served with potatoes and pimentos. A favorite of José Andrés and popular with fans of Real Madrid.
