Located in Malvarrosa beach, the paellas cooked over an orange wood fire have been served here for three generations. The thin layer of rice creates just the right amount of crispness, and the socarrat (scorched rice crust) is infused with the smoky taste of the fire. The legumes and vegetables are regional and the ingredients fresh and high quality. The paella is served in the center of the table and is to be eaten with a wooden spoon. To finish, choose from a selection of homemade desserts and sweets, such as the bacon from heaven, cheesecake or pumpkin flan.
