At Deessa, set in the majestic Alfonso XIII room in the newly renovated Ritz Mandarin Oriental Hotel, award-winning chef Quique Dacosta offers two menus: Históricas Quique Dacosta, featuring some of the most iconic dishes of his career, and the Contemporáneo QDRITZ, preparations created exclusively for the restaurant. Guests can mix and match from the two menus, allowing them to simultaneously experience the past and the present. Sommelier Silvia García has organized a wine list that is similar in style, including references steeped in history, along with others that are absolutely avant-garde.
