Dehesa

Dehesa, along with Ember Yard and Salt Yard, form a trio of restaurants that capitalized on London’s sudden fondness for Iberian ingredients and tapas in the late 2000s. Now it’s under the management of Urban Pubs and Bars, and imported chorizo, calçot onions and courgette flowers happily rub shoulders with Gloucester Old Spot pork and Cornish mackerel on a menu that belies its longevity with freshness and lightness of touch.
