Juan Ferrer has been in business for 40 years, first as a fisherman and then as a restaurateur. To increase the revenues from his daily fishing trips, he launched this small beach bar, set in a cove, where he prepares bullit de peix, a fisherman’s stew that is served in two turns: first, the broth with local fish cuts, such as San Pedro or cabracho, and then a soupy rice with sepia or crab. The experience begins at two every afternoon, and it is necessary to book in advance. There is another shift at noon when you can enjoy grilled fish. One of the most original and authentic dining experiences you will find.
