Fish lovers should make a pilgrimage to this restaurant run by chef Alfonso Castellano. He opened a “new-style” marisquería (seafood restaurant) where most of his guests enjoy sitting around a U-shaped counter watching Castellano and his team prepare their dinner. Walk over to the display case, overflowing with glistening examples of starters, such as oysters, various clams, octopus and red shrimp, as well as mains, including beautiful specimens of the likes of turbot, sea bream and tuna, which are cooked over coals. Those looking for a more relaxed meal can reserve in the private dining room.
