After ten years of his restaurant being located in a hotel on the outskirts of Milan, Enrico Bartolini moved to a space in the city’s Museum of Culture. The room evokes modern design, creating the perfect backdrop for Bartolini’s “contemporary classic” philosophy of cuisine, which features dishes that are aesthetically refined while still remaining tasty. The superb risotti (which includes his signature preparation of beetroot and Gorgonzola cheese) are only part of the fun. The first-class team of Marco Matta and Sebastien Ferrara offer flawless service, while the wine list is rich in choice.
