German chef-owner Josef Sauerschell opened this family-owned restaurant in 2001. The cuisine is a mix of Mallorcan and modern European cuisines, prepared with the top-quality local products Sauerschell sources. In summer, lunch is popular, allowing you to enjoy, from the large terrace, the spectacular views of the town and the mountain peak called Teix. There are tasting menus of four and six dishes on offer. They offer pairings, or you can choose from their extensive wine list that includes Majorcan varieties along with national and international references.
