Espacio Eslava
Seville, Spain
Sixto Tovar opened this mythical restaurant in Seville’s San Lorenzo neighborhood at the end of the 1980s. It is an unusual mix of tapas bar, restaurant, and apartments for rent. Every morning, the waiters write the daily tapas on blackboards, which supplement what is offered on the printed menu. The classic dishes include their renowned croquettes, pork ribs with honey and sirloin steak with Cabrales cheese. If the weather is good, you can eat on their famous terrace.
