After honing his culinary skills at Danny Meyer’s Gramercy Tavern in New York City, Greg Marchand returned home in 2009 to open the super-popular Frenchie. In 2016 he decided to expand, bringing what he describes as “Modern French brasserie” cuisine to London’s Covent Garden. He offers an eclectic a la carte along with a short tasting menu featuring. Cornish seafood and Sussex pork, aided by a capacious, articulate wine list that focuses on small producers that are worth knowing about.
