After ten years in Fitzrovia, Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer’s Honey & Co. moved to Bloomsbury in 2022. Their warm-hearted hospitality is a good fit for the neighborhood. Here’s a place to come for a casual breakfast of sabich or shakshuka, a slice of white chocolate and tahini babka in the afternoon, or a leisurely meal of vibrant Middle Eastern cooking. Regular readers of the chefs’ Financial Times column will know to expect exuberant seasonality and forthright flavors, as exemplified by Luxor-style falafel with lemony cabbage and parsley salad or roasted mauve aubergine with BBQ tahini crust and jeweled rice salad.
