Honey & Smoke

Husband and wife team Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer (both ex-Ottolenghi) followed up their diminutive debut Honey & Co., with this colorful Middle Eastern grill. They relish the possibilities of their new cooking medium, beginning with mezze for the whole table – perhaps labaneh and burnt celeriac salsa and butternut and sesame falafel – fleshed out with choice mains like whole Cornish seabass, tardivo and pomelo or chicken joojah. The short wine list is tailored to the season.
