This top-level bar, located in the heart of the famous Illetes beach on Formentera, features an idyllic location that offers incredible panoramic views of one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. The excellent seafood cuisine is centered around super-fresh products of very high quality, and the ample menu includes preparations of Mediterranean recipes based on fish, rice, and seafood: clams à la marinara, fried razor clams, grilled fresh fish, fresh prawns from Formentera, lobster in garlic sauce or the famous lobster stew that is associated with the island. They are also specialists in brined fish.
