Soldano Kunz d’Asburgo-Lorena, a member of the noble Hapsburg family manages this restaurant and its well-stocked wine cellar. In the kitchen, chef Ubaldo Tornarelli provides solid, traditional cooking. In addition to the pillars of Florentine cooking like pappardelle with boar ragu and beefsteak with arugula and Parmigiano, the owner’s mitteleuropean roots make an appearance on the menu in the form of wiener schnitzel, Sachertorte and Kalvill apple tarte tatin.
