There are ten different cuts of steak on offer, sourced from either Galicia or Argentina, with certain cuts aged between 150 and 350 days. You can start your meal with empanadas and grills of chorizo, tripe, kidneys, blood sausage and sweetbreads. But the perfectly cooked beef is why you are there.
