Lana Parrilla Argentina
Madrid, Spain
If you like super-funky dry-aged steaks, you need to put Lana, an Argentinian grill restaurant from brothers Martín and Joaquín Narvaiz, at the very top of the list of places you need to visit. There are ten different cuts of steak on offer, sourced from either Galicia or Argentina, with certain cuts aged between 150 and 350 days. You can start your meal with empanadas and grills of chorizo, tripe, kidneys, blood sausage and sweetbreads. But the perfectly cooked beef is why you are there. An extensive wine list features 800 different references of South American wines.
