Meat Liquor has come a long way since it was a food truck in a pub car park. Fifteen years later, it has ten sites and a strong following among the burgerati. The aesthetics are edgy, the burgers dirty, the drinks strong. Big hits include the double patty Dead Hippie, fried in French’s Mustard; fried pickles; and Monkey Fingers slathered in buffalo and blue cheese sauce. Vegans can have a Tempeh Tantrum.
