A refined but relaxed restaurant experience on Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia, from MasterChef: The Professionals judge Monica Galetti and her husband, David, who met working at Le Gavroche. Chef Galetti was born in Samoa, brought up in New Zealand (there’s even Kiwi-style hokey-pokey ice cream for pudding); culinarily, she finds inspiration in France and Asia for butter-poached cod, tarragon sabayon and brown butter dashi; and veal sweetbreads with cauliflower, crispy capers and walnut miso. A grown-up restaurant, with a stand-alone bar and a heavyweight wine list.
