Having recently celbrated its 30th anniversary, this Basque-Navarre steakhouse located in Madrid’s Salamanca neighborhood has been successfuly feeding the local clientele since it opened. The menu has all of the classics from those regions: scrambled eggs topped with baby shrimp, a stew of chickpeas and tripe, monkfish bilbaína with toasted garlic chips, baby squid cooked in their ink or various cuts of beef, including a rib eye that weighs in at a kilo. Old-school service, and a wine list filled with traditional bottles.
