Located off busy Regent Street in Mayfair, Jason Atherton’s flagship modern British restaurant caused a sensation when it first opened back in 2011. Atherton, who trained under Marco Pierre White and then made a name for himself which working for Gordon Ramsay, collaborates with Pollen Street head chef Dale Bainbridge to source the best-quality ingredients possible – Colchester crab, Buccleuch beef – for dishes such as Norfolk quail and duck liver with liver toastie or whole roast Goosnargh duck.  Three tasting menus are on offer including vegetarian and one that is served at the chef’s counter.
