Salvation in Noodles

Salvation in Noodles – or SIN, as it’s styled – shifts summer rolls, big bowls of pho or crispy, fish sauce–doused chicken wings out of a hip little shop on Finsbury Park’s main drag. It does a brisk delivery business, but you can drop in for a cold beer and a steaming bowl of bun ga hue (chicken in a hot and spicy lemongrass soup) or com tom (chargrilled king prawns on curry rice) and leave with change from a £20 note. Cheap and cheerful.
