Seu Pizza Illuminati

Created by Pier Daniele Seu and his wife, Valeria Zuppardo, Seu Pizza Illuminati started as a meditation on the perfect dough – light and airy, halfway between fluffy, soft Neapolitan pizza and the crunchy Roman counterpart – with creative toppings. Opened in March 2018 in the Porta Portese neighborhood, it has become one of the toughest tables to get  in Rome, with customers lining up for elevated pizzas such as the Cossack, with roasted tomato sauce, seared strawberries, balsamic vinegar, Pecorino cream and spicy strawberry gel, or the Yellow Margherita, with yellow cherry tomato sauce, smoked buffalo ricotta and mint.
