The Gallery Room at Mourad Mazouz and Pierre Gagnaire’s Sketch got a makeover for its 20th anniversary in 2022, going from pastel pink to sunny yellow. Previous artist collaborators have included Martin Parr and David Shrigley; now it’s British-Nigerian Yinka Shonibare’s turn, with 15 new works by him in the space. But to the food: modern French luxury – for example, steak tartare with tuna, beetroot and foie gras shavings or grilled red mullet, broccoli purée and colatura, and red wine sauce. Open for afternoon tea too.
