Gordon Ramsay protegé Jason Atherton’s clubby modern British restaurant in Soho, with a highly respected cocktail bar, The Blind Pig, upstairs and chef’s counter dining space in the kitchen. Head chef Paul Hood, who met Atherton when they both worked at Ramsay’s late Maze cooks locally sourced and seasonal sharing plates with flavors that cross different continents: Isle of Gigha halibut with confit duck, Japanese aubergine and foie gras butter, for example.
