This outstanding Vietnamese restaurant in east London’s Hoxton – one of the centers of Vietnamese dining in the city – is best known for its heady, fragrant noodle soups and a grilled quail starter that has won fans far and wide for its stickily caramelized, tender flesh. Run since 2002 by husband and wife Lot Van Pham and Anh Phuoc Thi Pham, it’s a neighborhood local that has also become a destination restaurant in its own right.
