One would not expect Madid's enfant terrible to partner with a department store chain,but visit the seventh floor of El Corte Inglés and you will find this restaurant from Dabiz Muñoz. The theme is Asian street food, done in a fusion style. Essential dishes are the club sandwich, surely the most iconic dish, and the Peking dumpling. They don't take reservations, so it is advisable to arrive early as the line can get quite long. The best seats, at the bar, allow you to observe the frenetic atmosphere in the kitchen.
