Taberna Verdejo

This small place on Espartinas Street, with only six tables and a small bar, revolves around a master formula based on the quality of the raw materials. Its menu, short and thoughtful, is adjusted to the seasonal products supplied by trusted suppliers. Its cuisine is traditional and well executed, and its dishes include dogfish and cuttlefish meatballs, deboned pig's trotters and sautéed veal sweetbreads. Dishes are executed brilliantly; most in demand are the mussels and the Iberian pork with sweet potato purée.
