Tapas 24

Tapas 24 shows the informal side of Carles Abellán’s cuisine, and the concept has become so popular that there are three locations in the city. They share a short menu of tapas and traditional dishes — classic Spanish tapas with quality products like bread with good tomatoes, hand-cut ham, quality potatoes, stewed lentils and Madrid-style veal tripe. It’s a tribute to Spanish culture, its products, and the way the cuisine expresses the country’s cultural identity. Tapas 24 is the 2019 National Russian Salad Award winner, and ordering that dish is considered mandatory on every visit.
