The Perfectionists' Cafe

Perfection is a big ask of an airport restaurant, but Heston Blumenthal’s Perfectionists’ Café at Heathrow’s Terminal 2 gives it its best shot. The menu takes inspiration from Blumenthal’s TV series and book In Search of Perfection, subjecting to scrutiny some of Britain’s best-loved dishes, including fish and chips, the full English breakfast, prawn cocktail, chicken tikka masala or pizza margherita. A fun place to kill an hour in transit, with a nitro ice cream parlor to please the kids and a cocktail bar for the grown-ups.
