Tokimeite, on Conduit Street in Mayfair, is part of the Atariya Foods Group, a name in London synonymous with pristine sushi-grade seafood. Keep the check in check with a lunchtime chirashi bowl or nigiri selection, or take your pick from specials such as squid sashimi spirals or horse mackerel nigiri with negi-shoga. Tokimeite is known as a wagyu specialist, its high-grade beef supplied by Zen-Noh, Japan’s agricultural cooperative. Enjoy it tataki-style or as a go-for-broke sirloin.
