In this restaurant, located on the outskirts of Jerez de la Frontera, we find a wonderful mix of the hearty stews that are a specialty of southern Andalusia, along with pristine seafood preparations featuring the catch from the Bay of Cádiz. The menu is long and varied; in addition to the simply prepared fish and seafood dishes, there is an extensive list of meat dishes, noodles and egg preparations. Run by the Ballesteros brothers, the place is popular with people who work in the sherry industry as well as families who gather to celebrate special occasions.
