Villa Más

This stylish villa, with its tower and garden, sits directly on the beach of Sant Pol. All of the varieties of fish from the Costa Brava are prepared either a la plancha, on the asador or baked in salt. Prawns and squid are from Palamós, and lobsters from Sant Feliu de Guíxol. They also place a heavy emphasis on vegetables – cabbage, tomatoes, artichokes, calçots, spinach – that are grown in their garden. The careful treatment of the high-quality produce is backed up by one of the best wine lists in Spain, especially the selection of Burgundies from France.
