Yauatcha

London, United Kingdom

Hakkasan’s sibling Yauatcha, founded in Soho in 2004 by Alan Yau (who sold in 2008), is a designer take on a Chinese teahouse. Now with another London branch in the City, Yauatcha’s twin pillars are all-day dim sum and picture-perfect patisserie. The scallop shui mai with tobiko, venison puffs and jasmine-tea-smoked ribs are longtime signatures of a Cantonese menu that also has silver cod and truffle lemon chicken to suit the swish surrounds. Creative cocktails and rare teas.
