‘“Eat, Meat, Sweat, Repeat’” is the mantra at Zelman Meats, another creative and carnivorous concept from the Goodman Group (Goodman, Beast, Burger & Lobster). ‘The Zelman Plate’ is ‘“what you came here for,’”, a groaning plate of steak – Australian rib -eye, UK fillet, USDA picanha and Canadian sirloin all together. On the side? Black truffle and parmesan chips, chopped salad, chimichurri or maybe ‘“Holy Fuck’” mayo. Restaurants in Soho and within Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge.
